Rawleigh’s Cinnamon is made from pure cinnamon bark imported from Indonesia and ground to provide a fine rich full cinnamon flavour which is gentle, sweet and musky. 
 
  • sprinkle on meat when grilling
  • in casseroles
  • tasty in vegetables
  • curries
  • to garnish mashed potatoes
  • in cream soups. 
  • with fruit salad, bananas, peaches
  • stirred into whipped cream
  • sprinkled on milk puddings, rice and junket
  • in steamed puddings - especially Christmas Pud!
  • in baking - lovely in cakes especially fruit cake, buns and biscuits
  • delicious when mixed with sugar and sprinkled on hot buttered toast and hot buns.
 
GLUTEN FREE
 
Coffee Cake
2 c self raising flour                            1 c castor sugar
1¼ c milk                                           100g butter
¼ c sultanas                                       1 egg

Topping:                                           
½ c self raising flour                           ½ c sugar
Heaped dsp butter                               ½ tsp Rawleigh's Cinnamon
½ tsp Rawleigh's Nutmeg                     ½ tsp Rawleigh's Vanilla Essence
 
Cream butter and sugar, add egg and beat well.  Add milk, sifted flour and sultanas.  Mix well and put into greased tin.  Mix topping to a crumbly consistency and sprinkle on top of cake.
