What will it cost me to have an order delivered?  For New Zealand customers there are different rates for North or South Island deliveries and there is also a surcharge for Rural deliveries.  If you contact your local Rawleigh's Distributor there may be no delivery charge.

What do I do if my order doesn't arrive?  If your order has not arrived within five (5) working days please contact us immediately so we can track what has happened to your purchase. 

Can I combine freight?  Regardless of the size of your order you will only be charged once for freight.

What if what I want is out of stock?  In some cases - stock may be available on one country and not the other.  In this case if you purchase an item that is not available you will have an option of receiving a refund or amending your order.  You will be contacted by one of our office staff to sort this out.
