Description

An intense lemon flavoured essence that makes a delicious topping for desserts, flavouring for cakes, biscuits, puddings or homemade sweets.  Can be used in savoury cooking where natural lemons would usually flavour a sauce, dip, etc.  Very handy to have in the cupboard for an emergency flavouring for tired tasting stews.
