Coffee Cake
2 c self raising flour 1 c castor sugar
1¼ c milk 100g butter
¼ c sultanas 1 egg
Topping:
½ c self raising flour ½ c sugar
Heaped dsp butter ½ tsp Rawleigh's Cinnamon
½ tsp Rawleigh's Nutmeg ½ tsp Rawleigh's Vanilla Essence
Cream butter and sugar, add egg and beat well. Add milk, sifted flour and sultanas. Mix well and put into greased tin. Mix topping to a crumbly consistency and sprinkle on top of cake.
