Slimmer’s Liver Pate
450g chicken livers or calf or lamb ½ tsp onion salt
½ tsp Rawleigh’s Black Pepper 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Shake Rawleigh’s Garlic Salt ½ tsp Rawleigh’s Nutmeg
3 tsp lemon juice ½ c dry breadcrumbs
Simmer all ingredients except breadcrumbs for 10 minutes. Stir in breadcrumbs. Place in blender or mincer till smooth. Keep in covered dish in refrigerator. Serve with crackers, toast or sliced with green salad.
